Jajik® Salmon is our House's latest innovation. This new recipe for exceptional salmon is the result of a lengthy, 60-day smoking period. This unique salmon has a dry texture and highly smoky flavour, and should therefore not be consumed as is: instead, it should be grated or sliced into thin shavings, thereby creating a new, creative playing field in cooking and tasting. Just like a condiment or Japanese Katsuobushi, it provides seasoning and crunch to soup or stock. It can also beautifully flavour a plate of pasta or potatoes, as well as fish and meat. Jajik® is vacuum-packed for optimal storage and comes in approximately 50g portions.
