Why is it so precious?

Harvested from the beginning of autumn to early spring, truffles are easy to store and can be used in many dishes throughout the year. They're simple to cook with and will brighten up any plate of pasta, meat, foie gras, or cheese.

All shapes and sizes

Classed according to shape, size, colour, smell and finally, flavour, truffles can be found in many different forms. Black truffle is the most widely known and used variety, and is loved for its complex, earthy character and woody aroma.
