Caviar & Truffle is the latest innovation from Maison Petrossian, and stems from a desire to combine two flagship products. Caviar & Truffle pleasantly surprises in the mouth with a beautiful interplay of textures between the melting grains of caviar and the crunchy truffle chips. This caviar first displays notes of iodine, before revealing delicate vegetal aromas of truffle.
Preparation involves carefully crumbling the truffle by hand. It is then incorporated into Ossetra caviar at the end of the maturation process to conserve its aromas. Consisting of 95% caviar and 5% black truffle Tuber Melanosporum, this unique caviar is a perfect balance of mutually sublime flavours, in which neither flavour dominates.
