Do you have a ripe avocado on your hands? Spread it on a blini and it will be the perfect companion for our smoked salmon.
What to drink with it
Regarding spirits, we recommend serving salmon with classic Petrossian Vodka. You can also try pairing it with a slightly peaty Japanese whisky!
For a wine pairing, Petrossian salmon perfectly matches a Sancerre or Pouilly Fumé.
