How to get advice 

Our website gives you reference information about caviar and specific details on all of our products. The staff of the historic boutique in the 7th arrondissement of Paris are at your service regarding any questions you might have.

Why create an account  

You must create an account in order to place an order. By creating an account you will:

  • Subscribe to our newsletter;
  • Have easy access to your address book and past orders;
  • Track your current orders;
  • Access your invoices online.


How to order online 

All products on our e-shop are in stock and can be purchased online. Some products are only available in our boutiques.  

To proceed to checkout, click on the 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' button. You will then be taken through the ordering process. You can easily remove or modify the products and quantities in your basket.


A special order?

For your special orders (personalised caviar selection, customised hand-slicing, urgent or special deliveries), you can contact the Petrossian boutique by phone, located at 18 Boulevard de La Tour-Maubourg in Paris, by calling +33 (0)1 44 11 32 22 (from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., from Monday to Saturday).



Delivery is exclusively handled by the ChronoFresh express service in France, and by UPS for international orders, in order to guarantee the best service possible. We deliver only to mainland France and countries in the European Union. Our packages are discreet, without any mention of our brand or its content. 


All orders that were paid by bank card or Paypal are delivered on the date that you requested (no earlier than 24 hours for every order that is placed before 12 p.m. from Monday to Friday) during the ordering process.


Order Tracking

You can track your order by logging in to your page My account. We track all of our orders and will notify you in case of any issues. Our online customer service representatives are at your disposal via the contact form in case you have any questions or concerns.


Hand-delivered on your day of choice

It is essential that the recipient of the package is present during delivery. Don't hesitate to request delivery at your office; our insulated packages can withstand half a day in a heated room and have no mention of our brand or its content.

Secure payment

You can pay for your order on our secure payment platform using a bank card or Paypal.


Return and exchange policy

Perishable items can neither be returned, nor exchanged. For all other products, you have a 14-day period in which to contact our online customer service representatives in order to arrange a return. Petrossian guarantees to deliver caviar and all of the other available perishable items on our website in the best possible conditions. We use the same methods to deliver all of our packages to our clients, whether they are individuals, institutions, or hotels. Please consult our delivery page for more information.


Recycling recommendations

Since our packaging can be recycled, Petrossian uses the Triman logo on most of our packages. This logo aims to help consumers understand what parts of the packaging can or cannot be recycled, and is an excellent reference when in doubt of how and what to recycle. If the logo is not on the packaging due to lack of space, then you can find more information about recycling recommendations on the website
