Guaranteed refrigerated delivery
With an extensive delivery service available throughout Europe, Petrossian guarantees an unbroken cold chain throughout the entire length of transportation, as well as in-person delivery within 48/72 hours, on the day of your choice. For delivery delays, returns, exchanges or refund requests, please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale.
We are committed to providing fast and secure delivery so that you can enjoy your caviar and other Petrossian products in optimal conditions.
Fresh delivery in France
Delivery France is guaranteed within 48 hours for every order placed before 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday (except on public and bank holidays) and is free over 150 €.
- Every order of fresh products is packed in an insulated bag along with ice blocks (caviar is protected in a fabric insulated bag).
- Orders are placed in a discreet, reinforced cardboard box (without mention of our logo or brand name) and, for France, transported by refrigerated box or truck.
- The parcel is hand-delivered on your day of choice.
DHL Delivery for the rest of Europe
Products that are shipped by UPS are delivered throughout Europe within 48 to 72 hours.
- Every order of fresh produce is packed in an insulated bag (caviar is protected in a fabric insulated bag).
- Extra insulated packaging is inserted in a discreet, reinforced cardboard box (without mention of our logo or brand name).
- The parcel is hand-delivered on your day of choice.
