Grated smoked salmon
Jajik® Salmon is an exceptional grated salmon recipe created by Maison Petrossian. This unique salmon is made through a very thorough 60-day smoking period, giving it a particularly pronounced smoked taste. Presented grated, it offers a creative playing field in cooking and tasting. Just like a condiment or Japanese Katsuobushi, it provides seasoning and crunch to soup or stock. It can also beautifully flavour a plate of pasta or potatoes, as well as fish and meat.
