These blinis are hand-made using high-quality ingredients. The blini dough is made with eggs, milk, and flour. The dough is then cooked in a pan and cut into large 15cm diameter circles creating beautifully thin but fluffy blinis. Blinis should be enjoyed warm (three minutes in a warm oven or in the toaster). They're the perfect base for all sorts of delicacies and spreads: caviar, tzatziki, olive tapenade, ktipiti, tarama, smoked fish, fish roe, foie gras.
