Each caviar tin carries a unique CITES number (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species). This labeling ensures full transparency: species, origin, production method… For us, traceability is not a constraint but a value.

Our Caviarologists® visit each site several times a year, advise producers, and ensure compliance with our highest standards.
We choose our partners based on their commitment to both environmental preservation and the restocking of sturgeon species in the Caspian Sea, the Amur River, and the Danube. These farms are also selected for their recognized certifications like Friend of the Sea, ASC, ISO 14001, or for their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Innovating to preserve
As pioneers, we participated in the creation of the ICIA (International Caviar Importers Association) in 1998 to protect sturgeons and regulate the market. Today, we work to revive heritage sturgeon species and support sustainable aquaculture practices.
