Caviar and Vodka: this perfect pairing is the epitome of Russian tradition and is always a safe bet. All of the flavours of the caviar will be heightened when paired with Vodka (unflavoured Vodka, that is!).

Caviar that comes from a French House like Petrossian can naturally be paired with the best wines. You can rely on the mineral flavour of a Burgundy or on the dry flavour of a vintage Champagne without added sugar to serve with caviar.
