Discover the Vodka Petrossian® with caviar by Guillotine. The young French Vodka brand named Guillotine has partnered with our almost one hundred-year-old House to create an exceptional Vodka. A true feat when it comes to flavour, this super premium Vodka is the fruit of our collaboration and the result of our shared desire to associate two unique types of know-how. This Vodka is guaranteed to be free of additives and is made from grapes that come from vineyards in the Champagne region. It's made with our Ossetra Tsar Impérial® caviar, the specific caviar that's ideal for the process of maceration and dilution. 20g of caviar are needed in order to make one litre of Vodka. In terms of tasting, on the nose, it's delicate with a hint of brininess and an almost smoky aroma. On the palate, it's full and dense with a slightly fatty mouthfeel. Finally, the slight pop of the caviar eggs on your tongue is extremely pleasing, and is balanced by the lemony freshness of the Guillotine Originale Vodka base. This Vodka with caviar should be served at a temperature that ranges between -2 and 4°C. Savoured on its own it allows you to, according to the words of Mikael Petrossian, ''imagine another approach to caviar, to experience a new discovery of this product''. In a pairing it will perfectly match classics like smoked fish, tarama and of course, caviar, pairing especially well with, for example, tagliatelle with Ossetra Caviar and Vodka sauce. At the Petrossian restaurant, it's served alongside a lemon dessert.
