Blinis, burrata and caviar

Make a gourmet and elegant aperitif recipe with toasted blinis topped with burrata and Baeri Baïka® caviar, a caviar renowned for its iodine power. The combination of the creaminess of the burrata and the mineral freshness of the caviar offers an exquisite tasting experience.

Ingredients for about twenty bites

 

Method

  1. Divide the burrata into four and then each quarter into six.
  2. Lightly heat the blinis and top them with burrata, caviar and a marigold flower petal.
  3. Serve immediately.
