The Golden Martini is a bespoke cocktail created for Maison Petrossian by the mixologist Théo Dollet, and is bottled in Paris. It is specifically designed to accompany caviar, aiming to balance the rich flavour of sturgeon eggs with the roundness of this heavenly nectar. This innovative recipe is based on oxidizing champagne to extract the Chardonnay flavours, and then combining it with white vermouth and vodka. It is a surprising and unique blend which is served as a short drink. A bottle serves 4 glasses.
