This Saint-Péray from Domaine Courbis is a fruity, lightly oaked white wine from the Rhône Valley appellation. The Marsanne and Roussanne grapes lend subtle notes of roasted coffee and caramel. A refined choice to pair with trout roe or wild salmon roe. The Courbis brothers, Dominic and Laurent, manage their family estate with deep respect for tradition while embracing modern techniques — much like Alexandre and Mikael Petrossian in their own craft.
