Description

This Fleur de Savagnin, Domaine Labet, boasts a beautiful golden color. Savagnin, an iconic grape variety of the Jura region, produces a very fresh, vibrant wine with balanced acidity and spicy notes. This organic white wine will pair perfectly with smoked eel fillets. At the Labet family, work is done as a family and time is a central ingredient since some vines are 67 years old and aging is fundamental, as at Petrossian. Non-contractual photo.

Domaine Labet is located at the southern tip of the Jura vineyards. The Fleur de Savagnin cuvée comes from old vines which, after a skillful blend, make it unique.
