Description

This Patrimonio, from Domaine Giudicelli, is a characterful Corsican white wine. In 1998, Muriel Giudicelli settled in the north of the “Île de Beauté,” where she cultivates her vines with her husband using organic and biodynamic methods. Each of her cuvées is a true liquid gem. This Patrimonio impresses with its finesse and freshness, unfolding subtle notes of lemon and sea salt. It pairs beautifully with Souhoï® smoked salmon and King Crab tarama. As at Petrossian, meticulous attention is paid to the quality of the raw ingredients to offer products of the highest excellence.
