Description

This organic Chardonnay reveals notes of white flowers followed by toasted almonds and brioche. Fresh and rounded, this lightly oaked white wine pairs perfectly with Maviar®, Coupe du Tsar®, and Ossetra caviar. Like Petrossian, Domaine des Rois Mages is a story of transmission. Domaine des Rois Mages is named after the maiden name of its founder, Anne Sophie: Melchior. The vines cultivated by this family of winegrowers are located on a white clay-limestone plot with deep, structured soil. The 50-year-old vines enjoy a south-east exposure. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels until vatting.
