Description

La Morand from Domaine Chanterêves is a lively and tense white Burgundy wine, developing distinct citrus notes. Crafted in the spirit of natural wines, it pairs beautifully with smoked pike roe, sea urchin coral tarama, and the Tsar Cut® Nature. As with Petrossian, for Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, the quality of the raw materials is essential. The duo selects the finest Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris grapes and vinifies them in their cellar nestled between two houses.

Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott settled in Savigny-lès-Beaune in 2010 to produce wines as micro-négociants at first. Since 2017, they have been cultivating their own parcel in Ladoix, where they craft their exceptional wines.
