Description

This organic Chablis is a powerful white wine with saline and mineral notes. It pairs wonderfully with Baeri Baïka® caviar or pike roe. Like Petrossian's long-aged caviars, this wine is aged for over 18 months in barrels before bottling. A fine tribute to this organic wine made from 60-year-old Chardonnay vines.

In 1990, Isabelle and Denis Pommier took over 2 hectares of family land and established their estate there to exploit these mineral soils which would give the wine its characteristic taste.
