Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine des Bosquets is a Rhône Valley wine produced by Julien Brechet. Primarily based in the Gigondas appellation, he also vinifies other appellations such as this Châteauneuf-du-Pape. This single-parcel cuvée is made from 100% Grenache and is a micro-production: only 800 bottles exist! It was aged in 600-liter old oak barrels, resulting in a wine with sun-ripened fruit, elegant acidity, well-balanced structure, and beautifully integrated tannins. Perfect to pair with our eggplant caviar and truffle-based products. Just as Petrossian treats each caviar box with care, Julien Brechet carefully tends to each soil, vine, and grape variety. That’s why he has been exploring parcel-specific winemaking since 2016.
