Persian blue salt with black truffle is made with 5% Tuber melanosporum. It is a very pure and unrefined salt of Iranian origin presented in a reusable stainless steel grinder. Its characteristic black truffle flavours will enhance salads, grilled meats, smoked fish or boiled eggs with a finely salted truffle touch.
