Jelly Fruits with Olive Oil from Provence AOP

AOP Provence olive oil jelly sweets are an original creation by starred chef Pierre Reboul, exclusively for Petrossian. Each sweet contains 20% olive oil from Provence AOP, a ripe and fruity olive oil giving it strong flavour and a melting texture similar to fruit pastels.

Two options are available, a jar of 10 sweets or a box of 20 sweets. Each contains an assortment of 4 natural fragrances: nature, orange blossom, lavender and citron.

You can enjoy these sweets as a small snack, thinly slice them and incorporate them into a salad or cut them in half and pair them with a cherry tomato for a small appetiser.
