has three parts: Petrossian caviar tasting in every format and selection, à la carte dishes, and a three course lunch menu.
At the Petrossian restaurant in the 7th arrondissement, located in front of the historic boutique, caviar punctuates seasonal dishes and is the highlight of creative cuisine: roasted veal breast is lifted with dried caviar, while aged caviar accentuates seared Mediterranean bluefin tuna and Ossetra caviar is the perfect topping for a bed of fresh tagliatelle. For Petrossian fans, other dishes can also be found featuring our House specialties, like our famous smoked salmon, smoked salmon roe and pike roe, tarama with Maviar 1950®... also offers a selection of caviar for purists simply to sample, accompanied by either toast or blinis. The previous restaurant 'Le 144' has been transformed into the 'Salons Petrossian', an event space that can be booked and personalised for private parties, after-work drinks, breakfasts, and introduction-to-caviar workshops.
