From February 5th, for Valentine’s Day, Maisons Vérot and Petrossian combine expertise and passion in a creation as exquisite as it is unexpected: the Imperial Aspic.
With its delicate play of textures, the Aspic dons its finest attire for a briny symphony of trout eggs, shellfish jelly, smoked red beet, scallops, roasted potatoes, and Petrossian caviar—a true ode to subtlety.
