Blinis & Fish Roe is always a hit! To finish off the week #3 basket, we offer the simplest recipe ever: blinis with smoked pike roe. We deliver blinis and pike roe to your door. Perfect for improvising a Sunday brunch at home!
Preparation: 15 minutes – Cooking: 3 minutes
Ingredients for 4 blinis
- 4 Petrossian blinis
- 50 g pickled red onions (recipe here)
- 125 g Petrossian smoked pike roe
- 150 g smoked sturgeon (or other smoked fish of your choice)
- 150 g ricotta
- 2 tbsp full-fat crème fraîche
- Radish sprouts (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Whisk the ricotta with the crème fraîche until smooth.
- Warm the blinis for 3 minutes.
- Spread ricotta on each blini, add slices of smoked sturgeon and a few spoons of smoked pike roe.
- Decorate with pickled red onion slices and radish sprouts.
