Avocado toast with smoked salmon

Discover the Petrossian version of the famous avocado toast! Replace traditional bread with large blinis, slice your avocado thinly, and top with slices of smoked salmon. Enjoy for breakfast, brunch, or lunch with a salad.

 

Preparation: 10 minutes • Cooking: 5 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

Instructions

  1. Toast the blinis in a preheated oven at 180°C or in a pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the avocados, remove the skin, and cut into thin slices.
  3. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on the avocado slices to prevent browning.
  4. Remove the blinis from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. Arrange the avocado slices in a rosette on the blinis. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top each blini with a slice of smoked salmon.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh herbs on top.
  8. Serve immediately.
