Our wild smoked salmon is fished in the Baltic Sea, close to the Polish coast. This salmon is commonly referred to as 'Baltic blonde salmon' due to its unique, light colour. The characteristic flavour, colour and smooth texture of this salmon comes from its diet of lightly-coloured fish. Fillet of wild salmon that's been prepared, deboned, salted by hand with sea salt, smoked over beechwood and hand-sliced. Slices are vacuum-packed. For customised slices, please contact our boutique.
