Potatoes with Baeri Baïka® Caviar

Caviar potatoes are a classic for enthusiasts! The French Baeri Baïka® Tsar Impérial® caviar pairs perfectly with its briny and mineral flavor. Enjoy your meal.

Ingredients for 4 servings

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6).
  2. Wash and wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil.
  3. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven, unwrap them, and scoop out some flesh into a bowl.
  5. Mix this flesh with the butter. Mash until smooth, then return the purée into the cavities of the roasted potatoes.

 

To serve

  1. Wash and finely chop the chives.
  2. Mix the cream with the chives and olive oil.
  3. Warm the potatoes in the oven for a few moments, then add the caviar on top at the last moment.
  4. Serve immediately with the chive cream.
