Caviar potatoes are a classic for enthusiasts! The French Baeri Baïka® Tsar Impérial® caviar pairs perfectly with its briny and mineral flavor. Enjoy your meal.

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 potatoes
- 30 g (or 50 g) of French Baeri Baïka® Tsar Imperial® caviar
- 20 cl thick cream
- Some chives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 40 g butter with fleur de sel
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6).
- Wash and wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven, unwrap them, and scoop out some flesh into a bowl.
- Mix this flesh with the butter. Mash until smooth, then return the purée into the cavities of the roasted potatoes.
To serve
- Wash and finely chop the chives.
- Mix the cream with the chives and olive oil.
- Warm the potatoes in the oven for a few moments, then add the caviar on top at the last moment.
- Serve immediately with the chive cream.
