Description

Sarawak white pepper with black truffle is composed of 5% Tuber melanosporum. It is a rare pepper of very high quality, of Malaysian origin, renowned for its warm, woody, fruity and slightly acidic notes. Presented in the form of a grinder, it goes very well with smoked salmon, meat, duck breast, foie gras and cheese.
