Ingredients for about twenty bites
- 125 g Ossetra Tsar Impérial
- 1 burrata (about 200 g)
- 50 g shelled hazelnuts
- 1 package of Croustissian
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Meanwhile, break the Croustissian® into 3 equal parts. Toast the hazelnuts for 10–15 minutes at 180°C until golden. Let them cool slightly, then roughly chop.
- On each Croustissian® square, place a generous spoonful of burrata, a small spoonful of Ossetra Tsar Impérial®, and a few chopped hazelnuts.
