Discover summer truffle stringozzi. Stringozzi (or strangozzi) is a variety of long, rectangular pasta particularly popular in the Umbria region of Italy. This stringozzi contains 1% of summer truffle. We recommend cooking them for 12 minutes in salted boiling water before serving with butter and Parmesan.
