Prepare light, fresh, and tasty appetizer bites by combining the Petrossian lobster tarama with firm and crunchy sucrine lettuce leaves.

Ingredients for 8 bites
- 1 sucrine lettuce
- 1 jar of Petrossian lobster tarama
- Fresh herbs and/or edible flower petals, as desired
Instructions
- Carefully separate the sucrine leaves, one by one.
- Fill each leaf with a generous spoonful of lobster tarama.
- Decorate with fresh herbs and/or edible flower petals.
- Serve immediately!
