Fresh truffle, truffle carpaccio or truffle jus, truffle variations like the Coupe du Tsar®, foie gras with truffle, numerous over-the-counter Italian cheeses, oils, vinegars, honeys and chocolate - also in truffle versions - are available to take away.
In store, an area is available where you can eat cooked dishes such as black truffle risotto (tuber melanosporum), truffle rigatoni as well as Croque-Monsieur with truffle. Other recipes, both sweet and savoury, put the emphasis on this delicious tuber and can be eaten on the premises or taken away, like the delicious potato pie dressed entirely with truffle.
