Crab & avocado, what else? This recipe highlights the delicious Royal Crab from the Russian waters of the Barents Sea and Alaska.

Ingredients for 4 plates
- 200 g of shelled Royal Crab meat
- 400 g of shelled Royal Crab legs or Merus
- 2 heads of lettuce
- 2 avocados
- 20 cl of extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Some chives
- Salt, pepper
Method
- Cut the Royal Crab into pieces.
- Wash and leaf the lettuce. Wash and chop the chives.
- Slice the avocados and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Whisk the dressing by combining olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of fine salt.
- Create a nice lettuce nest, then arrange the crab and avocado on top. Season to taste and sprinkle with chives.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
