Royal Crab Salad with Avocado

Crab & avocado, what else? This recipe highlights the delicious Royal Crab from the Russian waters of the Barents Sea and Alaska.

Ingredients for 4 plates

 

Method

  1. Cut the Royal Crab into pieces.
  2. Wash and leaf the lettuce. Wash and chop the chives.
  3. Slice the avocados and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Whisk the dressing by combining olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of fine salt.
  5. Create a nice lettuce nest, then arrange the crab and avocado on top. Season to taste and sprinkle with chives.
  6. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
