Discover the dill marinated Coupe du Tsar®. We carefully select the middle part of the smoked salmon fillet and marinate it in dill. It combines the freshness of dill with the iconic flavour of Petrossian smoked salmon that is the result of our traditional production methods. It's perfect as an appetiser on its own, or served simply with a spoon of crème fraîche and some crudités.
