For shelf-stable products

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods in their original, unopened packaging, with the seals intact and in perfect condition, for exchange or refund.

The Customer may withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the last item included in the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify PETROSSIAN WEB (18 boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg – 75007 Paris, France; email: contact@petrossian.fr) of their decision before the withdrawal period expires by means of a clear and unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

If the Customer withdraws from the contract, PETROSSIAN WEB will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by PETROSSIAN WEB), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

PETROSSIAN WEB will issue the refund using the same method of payment that the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to another method. In any event, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

PETROSSIAN WEB reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne solely by the Customer.

The Customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

For fresh products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Fresh products (requiring temperature-controlled storage) cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies in particular to all caviars, fish roe and smoked fish products (non-exhaustive list).
