TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION
“PETROSSIAN CAVIAR MASTERCLASS”
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISER
Petrossian, whose registered office is located at 18 boulevard de la Tour Maubourg, 75007 Paris, France, is organising a free prize competition entitled “Petrossian Caviar Masterclass” on the official Petrossian UK Instagram account.
Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 2 – COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition will be open from 1 September 2026 to 10 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Any entry received after the closing date and time will not be taken into consideration.
ARTICLE 3 – ELIGIBILITY
The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
It is open to persons who meet the following eligibility requirements: persons aged 18 or over who are residents of England.
Petrossian employees, as well as anyone directly involved in organising the competition, are not eligible to participate.
ARTICLE 4 – HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition, participants must, during the competition period:
- Follow the official Petrossian UK Instagram account;
- Like the competition post;
- Tag a friend in the comments of the post;
- Share the post to their Instagram Story.
Each friend tagged in accordance with the competition rules constitutes an additional entry.
The participant’s Instagram account must be accessible so that Petrossian can verify the validity of their entry and, where applicable, contact them.
Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions may be considered invalid.
ARTICLE 5 – SELECTION OF WINNERS
10 winners will be selected from among the valid entries received during the competition period.
The winners will be contacted individually via their Instagram account.
Each winner will receive an invitation to attend an exclusive Petrossian Caviar Masterclass, held at the Petrossian South Kensington boutique in London, on 21 or 25 September 2026.
The date of attendance will be communicated to the winners by Petrossian.
Among the 10 winners, 5 will have the opportunity to attend an exceptional masterclass hosted by Mikaël Petrossian himself.
ARTICLE 6 – PRIZES
Each of the 10 winners will receive an invitation to attend a Petrossian Caviar Masterclass.
The Masterclass will allow participants to:
- Discover the world of caviar;
- Learn how to taste and appreciate caviar;
- Discover Petrossian’s expertise and art of caviar;
- Exchange with Petrossian experts.
Five of the ten winners will additionally have the opportunity to attend a Masterclass hosted by Mikaël Petrossian.
Prizes are neither exchangeable nor refundable, cannot be converted into cash and cannot be transferred to a third party.
Any costs not expressly included in the prize, including travel expenses to the Petrossian South Kensington boutique, shall remain the responsibility of the winners.
ARTICLE 7 – CONTACTING THE WINNERS
The winners will be contacted via Instagram following the end of the competition.
They must respond within the timeframe specified by Petrossian in order to confirm their participation in the Masterclass.
If a winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, Petrossian reserves the right to select another winner.
ARTICLE 8 – USE OF PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
The information provided by participants as part of the competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winners and organising the Masterclass.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and Petrossian’s Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
Petrossian reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the competition, in whole or in part, in the event of force majeure, circumstances beyond its control, or any event preventing the competition from being conducted properly.
Petrossian shall not be held liable in the event of a technical issue, malfunction of Instagram, or any circumstance preventing the proper receipt or consideration of an entry.
ARTICLE 10 – INSTAGRAM
This competition is neither sponsored, endorsed nor administered by Instagram, and is not associated with Instagram.
Participants acknowledge that the information provided as part of the competition is submitted to Petrossian and not to Instagram.
ARTICLE 11 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
