The Petrossian family unveils its newest addition: the Mantchouk boutique, the first address dedicated to Armenian cuisine by the new generation of Petrossian.
Next to the Petrossian Courcelles boutique in the 17th arrondissement, Mantchouk offers Armenian dishes made with love, inspired by the family recipe book. Dolmas, pirojkis, pirog, mantis, sou bereck, koulibiak... Let your taste buds travel!
Among his childhood memories, Mikael Petrossian recalls his grandmother Irène, a great cook, and his aunts, who cherished sharing and large family meals. He wanted to recreate this warm and convivial spirit through Mantchouk, offering a selection of homemade Armenian small dishes, to enjoy on-site or to take away.
On the menu, you will find traditional Russian recipes such as pirojkis (meat pastries), pirog (meat pie), borscht (beetroot soup), and koulibiak (salmon and vegetable pastry), as well as Armenian specialties such as sou bereck (spinach and cheese lasagna), dolmas (stuffed cabbage rolls), and mantis (beef dumplings). End on a sweet note with apple strudel, caramel and walnut tart, or vatrouchka. Finally, accompany your dishes with pomegranate juice, Armenian wine, or vodka!
