Description

The Dome of Whole Goose Foie Gras with Truffles has been a speciality of the Petrossian House for more than 30 years. This foie gras composed of 5 % of black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) is prepared in the shape of a dome, to give it this beautiful aspect which will embellish your table. This rare product, until now only available in shops, is now available online.

Tasting advice
  • Take your truffled foie gras out of the fridge 10 minutes before serving.
  • Open the packet and unmould the foie gras by pushing on one side.
  • Slice the foie gras with a knife previously soaked in hot water.
  • Serve your truffled foie gras at a temperature between 8 and 12°C.
  • Accompany your foie gras with our truffle fleur de sel or fig jam.

Can I eat foie gras during pregnancy?

You can only consume it under certain conditions. We recommend foie gras in jars, as it is cooked above 75 °C, ensuring food safety.
