Your gift card works like a discount code. To use it, fill your cart with the products of your choice. Proceed to checkout (from your cart) and click on the "Discount or gift card" field. Then enter your card details (gift card number). Confirm your payment and enjoy your products!

Unfortunately, loss or theft of the gift card will not result in a refund. However, since the gift card is digital only, you can easily retrieve your card code from your emails. You can also contact our customer service, which can resend your card code if necessary.

Your Petrossian gift card expires after one year.

Unfortunately, the gift card cannot be refunded, even partially, and cannot be resold or exchanged.
