Spicy bottarga
Harissa bottarga is made from salted and hand-dried mullet roe and harissa. The spices are perfectly proportioned to enhance the iodine flavours of the bottarga. It can be eaten thinly sliced as an aperitif with a drizzle of olive oil or on a slice of buttered bread.
