Soft-Boiled Eggs with Caviar

This recipe for soft-boiled eggs with caviar is a simple and elegant way to enjoy caviar. It is perfect for a brunch or an impromptu dinner.

 

Preparation: 5 minutes • Cooking: 3 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g of caviar of your choice
  • 2 slices of sliced smoked salmon
  • Slices of country bread
  • Salted butter
  • 5 cl of white vinegar

 

Method

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil, then add the vinegar.
  2. Carefully place the eggs in the water and cook for 3 minutes once the water returns to a boil.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the soldiers by spreading butter and smoked salmon on the bread slices.
  4. Cut into strips. Serve with the caviar and soft-boiled eggs.
