Brighten up your appetizer plates or your picnics by pairing radishes with Petrossian taramas. This simple and quick recipe can be adapted to your liking with the crudités and taramas of your choice. You can replace radishes with carrots, cucumber, cauliflower, beetroot, celery... Let your imagination run wild!

Ingredients for about 30 bites
- 1 bunch of round radishes
- 2 to 3 jars of taramas of your choice
- Fresh herbs of your choice (parsley, coriander, dill, edible flowers)
Method
- Wash and dry the radishes.
- Cut each radish in half lengthwise, keeping the stems.
- On each half, add a small spoonful of tarama (use different colored taramas for a more aesthetic touch) and a fresh herb leaf of your choice.
- Arrange on a plate, alternating the colors, and serve immediately.
