For Mother’s Day, prepare a feminine cocktail made with Yablok, a 100% pomegranate juice known for its antioxidant properties. To make this drink even fresher and tastier, combine the pomegranate juice with hibiscus infusion, lime, and honey. Enjoy at brunch!
Preparation: 15 minutes – Rest: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people
- 10 g of Petrossian “Tante Lisa” hibiscus infusion
- 500 ml of water
- 300 ml of Yablok (pomegranate juice)
- 2 limes
- 3 teaspoons of honey
Instructions
- Boil water and steep the “Tante Lisa” hibiscus infusion for 10 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool in the fridge for 30 minutes (or prepare the infusion the day before).
- Juice the limes.
- Mix the infusion, Yablok, lime juice, and honey.
- Adjust quantities if needed.
- Serve in pretty glasses with some ice cubes.
