Pomegranate Detox Cocktail

For Mother’s Day, prepare a feminine cocktail made with Yablok, a 100% pomegranate juice known for its antioxidant properties. To make this drink even fresher and tastier, combine the pomegranate juice with hibiscus infusion, lime, and honey. Enjoy at brunch!

Preparation: 15 minutes – Rest: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

Instructions

  1. Boil water and steep the “Tante Lisa” hibiscus infusion for 10 minutes.
  2. Let the mixture cool in the fridge for 30 minutes (or prepare the infusion the day before).
  3. Juice the limes.
  4. Mix the infusion, Yablok, lime juice, and honey.
  5. Adjust quantities if needed.
  6. Serve in pretty glasses with some ice cubes.
