Potato and Caviar Bites

Elevate your potatoes into exceptional bites with this quick and easy recipe. Prepare crispy and tender potato slices, roll them in finely chopped dill, and top each one with a generous spoonful of Ossetra Tsar Imperial® caviar.

 

Preparation time: 20 minutes • Cooking time: 20 minutes 

Ingredients for 16 bites

Method

  1. Cut the potatoes into 1.5-2cm thick slices, and use a 3cm diameter cookie cutter to make rounds from each slice.
  2. Steam them for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the dill.
  4. Season the bites with salt and pepper, melt the butter in a pan, and brown them for a few minutes on each side.
  5. Roll them in the chopped dill and top them with Ossetra caviar.
  6. Serve immediately.
