Black truffle Fleur de Sel is a Petrossian creation combining the raw purity of Camargue salt with the finesse of truffle. Black truffle is gathered from November to March while fleur de sel, from the Camargue region salt marshes, is harvested by hand in the summer. This product is the perfect seasonning for with burrata cheese, salad, fish, grilled meat and vegetables.
