Petrossian and YOOM join forces for Chinese New Year

On the occasion of Chinese New Year, Petrossian joins forces with YOOM to imagine an unprecedented encounter between two exceptional worlds. Over several exclusive dates, the elegance of caviar meets the delicacy of dim sum in an atmosphere that is festive, warm, and resolutely refined. This collaboration celebrates the Year of the Horse through an immersive experience where Asian traditions and French gastronomic expertise respond to one another, during a lunch or dinner conceived as a true sensory journey.

For the occasion, a special menu has been created, blending signature creations with bold pairings.

On the menu, the Har Gau with wild prawns, elevated by a champagne sauce and Petrossian Ossetra Impérial Caviar (€15), perfectly embodies this precious alliance. The Edamame dim sum with black truffle (2 pieces – €15), delicately shaved to order, offer a gourmet and contemporary touch.


The Dragon Menu (€30, excluding drinks) offers a complete culinary journey:


  • Mesclun of young leaves, mild curry dressing;
  • Assortment of steamed dim sum (beef satay, veal chili oil, sesame vegetables);
  • Shrimp wonton, Macanese-style curry sauce;
  • Lemongrass chicken spring rolls;
  • Fresh noodles, sesame sauce;
  • Tang Yuan with black sesame for a delicate sweet finale.
