For a romantic evening, prepare a delicious truffle pasta dish in just a few minutes. Truffle-scented pasta, a flavorful sauce, a drizzle of truffle oil, a few parmesan shavings – and it’s done! All that’s left is to enjoy…
Preparation: 5 minutes • Cooking: 12 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people
- ½ jar Mushroom and Summer Truffle Sauce
- 160 g Stringozzi with Summer Truffle
- 2 cl Truffle Oil
- 60 g Parmesan shavings
- 1 fresh truffle (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the truffle stringozzi for 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, shave the Parmesan.
- Drain the pasta, return it to the pot off the heat, and add the sauce.
- Once everything is heated through, plate onto two dishes.
- Top with Parmesan shavings, a drizzle of truffle oil, and optionally a few fresh truffle slices.
- Enjoy immediately!
