Elevate simple potatoes into exceptional bites with this easy and quick recipe. Prepare crispy and tender potato rounds, roll them in chopped dill, and top each with a generous spoonful of caviar.

Ingredients for 16 bites
- 8 medium waxy potatoes
- 80 g Ossetra Tsar Impérial® caviar
- 30 g butter
- 6 sprigs of dill
- Salt, pepper
Method
- Cut the potatoes into 1.5–2 cm thick sections, then use a 3 cm round cutter to make discs from each section.
- Steam the potato discs for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the dill.
- Season the bites with salt and pepper, melt the butter in a pan, and brown the potato rounds a few minutes on each side.
- Roll them in chopped dill, then top each with caviar.
- Serve immediately.
