Potato Bites with Caviar

Elevate simple potatoes into exceptional bites with this easy and quick recipe. Prepare crispy and tender potato rounds, roll them in chopped dill, and top each with a generous spoonful of caviar.

Method

  1. Cut the potatoes into 1.5–2 cm thick sections, then use a 3 cm round cutter to make discs from each section.
  2. Steam the potato discs for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the dill.
  4. Season the bites with salt and pepper, melt the butter in a pan, and brown the potato rounds a few minutes on each side.
  5. Roll them in chopped dill, then top each with caviar.
  6. Serve immediately.
