Très bonne idée que ce velouté !! Il permet d'apprécier le Beluga. Le goût est extraordinaire, la texture originale bien sûr. Il ne manque bien sûr que le plaisir des œufs qui claquent sous la langue. Mais ainsi, on peut s'initier à moindre prix !!
